How do the pplan’s mentors help?

Our mentors are seasoned professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries. They generously volunteer their time, sharing their wealth
of experience, knowledge, and insights to empower mentees to overcome existing barriers for refugees to find work and become self-sufficient. At The pplan, mentors are pivotal in guiding and supporting individuals on their professional journeys. They are experts with personal wisdom of hiring processes and employment markets in countries of our mentees’ interest. Usually, they are gifted professionals from a particular sphere or competent HR specialists, who can provide advice and tips about job search in the mentee's target country or domain. From CV reviews and job applications to mock interviews, our mentors are dedicated to fostering the professional growth of the individuals they support. Together, we provide step-by-step assistance to the mentee's job-searching journey.
